Barilla® Thin Spaghetti

with Spicy Marinara Sauce, Artichokes & Parmigiano Cheese



Ingredients for 8 people      

  • 1 box Barilla Thin Spaghetti
  • 1 Jar Barilla Spicy Marinara
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ea diced onion
  • 2 pkgs frozen artichokes (sliced in quarters)
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Parmigiano cheese
  • 4 leaves chiffonade Basil

     Bring a large pot of water to a boil
  2. 2
     In a large skillet sauté onions in olive oil until slightly browned
  3. 3
    Add quartered artichokes and sauté until golden, season with salt and pepper
  4. 4
     Add Sauce and bring to a simmer
  5. 5
    Cook pasta according to package directions
  6. 6
     Drain and toss with sauce
  7. 7
    Toss with shredded Parmigiano cheese and basil
