Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 package Barilla® Collezione Cheese & Spinach Tortellini
- 1 jar Barilla® Tomato & Basil Sauce
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Heat Tomato and Basil Sauce and cream in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Cook Cheese and Spinach Tortellini according to package directions. Drain and combine with sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle with basil and serve with Parmigiano cheese.
