Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 box Barilla® Collezione Bucatini
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup Romano cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  • 6 ounces bacon julienne
  • 1 bag baby spinach
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil

    Cook pasta according to package directions

    Meanwhile mix egg yolks with cheese, salt and pepper
  4. 4
    In a skillet sauté bacon until crispy
  5. 5
    Remove from skillet then add spinach to the same pan and wilt for 1-2 minutes

    Drain pasta and stir in the bacon, spinach and egg yolk mixture, be careful not to overcook

    Serve immediately
