- 5 tablespoons truffle butter
- ½ cup Romano cheese, freshly grated
- 2 teaspoons fresh coarsely milled black pepper
- Sea salt to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain reserving ½ cup of the cooking water.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl combine butter and black pepper, add cooking water and toss with pasta in the bowl. Top with cheese and serve.
