- 1 box Barilla® Collezione Orecchiette
- 1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes quartered
- 2 pints red cherry tomatoes quartered
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 10 basil leaves cut julienne
- ¾ cup ricotta salata cheese shredded

Bring a large pot of water to boil

In a large bowl, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic and basil

Let marinate ½ hour

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions
