Ingredients for Gluten Free Creamy Baked Tomato & Herb Cheese Pasta:

  • 4 ounces Barilla® Gluten Free Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 5 ounce package of herb cheese
  • 5 cloves of garlic, smashed
  • 10 ounces of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Black pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese and Basil for garnish, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and bring a large pot of water to a boil. 
  • Drizzle olive oil over everything in the baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. 
  • Meanwhile, add Barilla® Fettuccine pasta to boiling water and follow cooking instructions on the box.
  • Remove the baking dish from the oven, mix with a wooden spoon until everything is incorporated. Add pasta and gently mix together. 
  • Place pasta in a bowl, and garnish with parmesan cheese and basil.
