- 1 box Barilla® Gluten Free Rotini
- ½ red onion diced
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 zucchini diced
- 10 fava bean pods cleaned and peeled
- 1 pint grape tomatoes washed
- 1 yellow bell pepper roasted and diced
- ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated (optional)
- 6 leaves basil torn
- salt and black pepper to taste

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt

Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent in a large skillet over medium heat, about five minutes

Add zucchini, fava beans, grape tomatoes and yellow pepper, sauté for three minutes over high heat

Cook pasta according to package directions
