Barilla® Gluten Free Spaghetti

with Shrimp, Tomatoes & Gluten Free Bread Crumbs



Ingredients for 6 people     

  • 1 box Barilla® Gluten Free Spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped and divided
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil divided
  • 1 pound medium-sized shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound ripe plum tomatoes peeled and diced
  • ½ cup gluten free bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley chopped
  • salt and black pepper to taste

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil, season with salt
  2. 2
    Sauté garlic with 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  3. 3
    Add shrimp and tomatoes, sauté over high heat for 2 minutes or until shrimp are cooked

    Season with salt and black pepper
  5. 5
    Combine bread crumbs, remaining olive oil, and parsley in the same skillet, cook until golden and crunchy over medium heat

    Cook pasta according to package directions

    Darin pasta and toss it with the shrimp sauce in a large mixing bowl

    Top with crunchy bread crumbs before serving
