- 1 Box Barilla® Chickpea Casarecce
- 3 tbs Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 cup Plum Tomatoes, small diced
- 1 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 bunch of Fresh Basil
- Fresh Thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the directions
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine the tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic, basil and thyme then season with salt and black pepper
- Drain the Casarecce and combine with the tomatoes
- Finish with cheese and more olive oil if desired
