Ingredients for the Green Goddess Bowl:

  • 1 box of Barilla® Chickpea Orzo pasta
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound asparagus, sliced on the bias and blanched
  • 1 cup peas, blanched
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zest
  • ¼ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
  • 1 cup prepared Green Goddess dressing
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well, and place in a bowl. 

  • Mix pasta with olive oil and all other ingredients, adjust seasonings, drizzle top of salad with additional dressing.
