  • 1 box Barilla® Protein+® Cellentani pasta
  • 5 cups milk
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coarsely milled black pepper
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  • Meanwhile, in a skillet melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for 30 seconds then whisk in milk.

  • Bring milk to a simmer. Add black pepper then whisk in cheese.

  • Drain pasta and add pasta to the sauce. Season to taste and serve.
