Ingredients for 7 people
- 1 box Barilla® Protein+™ Farfalle
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano chopped
- 1 butternut squash diced into large pieces
- 2 zucchini sliced into half moons
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- 1/3 cup Pecorino cheese grated

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic and oregano in olive oil for 1-2 minutes
- Add butternut squash and sauté for 8-10 minutes

Add zucchini and sauté for 2 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook pasta 1 minute less than package directions; reserve 1 cup of the cooking water

Add 1 cup of cooking water to the sauce and bring to a simmer

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and cook for 1 minute
- The sauce should become creamy
- Remove from heat and toss with cheese
