Ingredients for 7 people
- 1 box Barilla® Protein+™ Penne
- 1 jar Barilla® Roasted Garlic Sauce
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley finely chopped

Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet
- Add rosemary, cook until chicken is lightly brown and cooked through

Add Roasted Garlic sauce to skillet and heat through
- Set aside

Cook pasta according to package directions
- Remove rosemary sprig from sauce and heat sauce through while pasta is cooking
- Drain pasta and immediately add to sauce, mix well
- Transfer to a serving platter or bowl
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve
