Ingredients for 7 people
  • 1 box Barilla® Protein+™ Penne
  • 1 jar Barilla® Roasted Garlic Sauce
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet
  • Add rosemary, cook until chicken is lightly brown and cooked through
  • Add Roasted Garlic sauce to skillet and heat through
  • Set aside
  • Cook pasta according to package directions
  • Remove rosemary sprig from sauce and heat sauce through while pasta is cooking
  • Drain pasta and immediately add to sauce, mix well
  • Transfer to a serving platter or bowl
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve
