- 1 box Barilla® Protein+™ Rotini
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small diced onion, thinly chopped
- 2 red bell pepper, roasted and diced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 leaves of fresh basil, sliced thin
- ½ cup Romano cheese

Instructions
- Place a pot of water to boil.
- Cook pasta according to directions, half way through add broccoli. Meanwhile in a separate skillet sauté onion with olive oil for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add peppers, season with salt and pepper.
- Drain pasta and toss with veggies; stir in basil and cheese before serving.
