- 1 box Barilla® Protein+™ Thin Spaghetti
- 1 zucchini, thinly shaved
- 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup Romano cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoons fresh black pepper, coarsely milled\
- 1 tablespoon soft butter
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain reserving ½ cup of the cooking water.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl combine olive oil and black pepper; add cooking water.
- Add pasta and zucchini to the bowl and toss, and then add butter and cheese until combined.
- Sprinkle with parsley and chives before serving.
