Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Rotini
- ½ jar Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto
- 2 cups baby arugula
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shaved
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- Tear corner of Ready Pasta pouch to vent, heat in microwave for 60 seconds.
- Toss pesto & arugula with lemon juice. Combine pasta with pesto mixture, top with tomatoes.
- Top with pine nuts and cheese.
