with Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli & Cheese

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Elbows
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, small
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shaved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Knead the Ready Pasta pouch then tear a notch to vent.

    Microwave for 1 minute.
  3. 3
    Empty pasta into a bowl with all other ingredients, season with salt & pepper then top with cheese.
