Ready Pasta Elbows
with Cherry Tomatoes, Broccoli & Cheese
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Elbows
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup broccoli florets, small
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, shaved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Knead the Ready Pasta pouch then tear a notch to vent.
- Microwave for 1 minute.
- Empty pasta into a bowl with all other ingredients, season with salt & pepper then top with cheese.
