Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Elbows
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 5 oz. can white tuna
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 bib lettuce leaves
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Toss pasta, tuna, celery, onion, mayo, and lemon juice in bowl. Season to taste.
- Scoop tuna salad in lettuce cups.
