Ingredients

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 1 pouch Barilla® Ready Pasta Elbows
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1 can white tuna
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 bib lettuce leaves 
     


Instructions

  • Tear corner of Ready Pasta pouch to vent, heat in microwave for 60 seconds.
  • Toss pasta, tuna, celery, onion, mayo, and lemon juice in bowl. Season to taste.
  • Scoop tuna salad in lettuce cups.
