Ingredients for 8 people

  • 1 jar Barilla® Marinara Sauce
  • 1 box Barilla® Cellentani
  • 1 pound Zucchini, diced
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt to taste
  • Once water is boiling, cook the pasta according to directions
  • Meanwhile, sauté zucchini in olive oil for 3-4 minutes
  • Add sauce and water, and season with salt and pepper; bring to a simmer
  • Drain pasta and toss with sauce
  • Top with cheese before serving
