Ingredients for 8 servings
- 1 jar Barilla® Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
- 1 box Barilla® Spaghetti
- ½ cup pine nuts, toasted
- ¾ cup fresh basil, sliced thin
- ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/3 cup of cooking water.
- Toss pasta in a bowl with reserved cooking water and pesto.
- Stir in pine nuts, basil and cheese before serving.
