  • 1 jar Barilla® Basil Pesto
  • 1 box Barilla® Cellentani pasta
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 large carrot, spiralized
  • 1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile in a skillet, sauté zucchini and carrots with olive oil for two minutes over high heat.
  • Drain pasta, stir in zucchini, carrots, and pesto; garnish with cheese before serving.
