- 1 jar Barilla® Basil Pesto
- 1 box Barilla® Cellentani pasta
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1 large carrot, spiralized
- 1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
1Cook pasta according to package directions.
2Meanwhile in a skillet, sauté zucchini and carrots with olive oil for two minutes over high heat.
3Drain pasta, stir in zucchini, carrots, and pesto; garnish with cheese before serving.
