Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • ½ jar Barilla® Basil Pesto
  • 1 10 ounces hummus
  • 2 radishes, halved 
  • ½ red pepper, cut into strips 
  • ½ yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 cucumber, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 1 celery stalk, cut into strips
  • 2 pita bread, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Place hummus into a small bowl then mix in pesto on top of hummus.
  • Assemble vegetables and pita on a platter and serve with hummus.
