Ingredients for 4 servings
- ½ jar Barilla® Basil Pesto
- 1 10 ounces hummus
- 2 radishes, halved
- ½ red pepper, cut into strips
- ½ yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cucumber, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, cut into strips
- 1 celery stalk, cut into strips
- 2 pita bread, cut into wedges
- Place hummus into a small bowl then mix in pesto on top of hummus.
- Assemble vegetables and pita on a platter and serve with hummus.
