Ingredients 8 Servings
- 1 box Barilla® Farfalle
- 1 jar Barilla® Rustic Basil pesto
- 1/2 cup of canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 3 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons black olives, halved
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with pesto, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
