Ingredients:

  • 1 box Barilla® Farfalle
  • 1 jar Barilla® Rustic Basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup of canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons black olives, halved
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

  • In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with pesto, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
