Ingredients 8 Servings
- 1 box Barilla® Rotini Pasta
- 1 jar Barilla® Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ⅓ cup feta, crumbled
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and spread on a baking sheet to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, add pesto and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Toss in tomatoes, onion and cucumber. Top with feta and garnish with fresh basil.
