- 1 box Barilla® Medium Shells
- 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup Onion, diced
- 2 pints Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 cups Baby Arugula
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- ¼ cup Parmigiano Cheese, shredded
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- Meanwhile in a large skillet sauté the onions in olive oil until they are translucent and slightly browned
- In a separate small skillet toast the hazelnuts over medium heat until golden brown and set aside
- To the onions add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for 1 minute, season with salt and pepper
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions then drain and toss with the tomatoes
- Add the arugula and stir to combine, then top with hazelnuts and cheese
