  • 150 grams penne all'arrabbiata
  • 1 small smoked scamorza cheese
  • 60 grams of guanciale
  • Grana padano cheese
  • Basil

  • Cut the smoked scamorza cheese and the guanciale into strips.
  • Take a bowl, pour in the leftover pasta and combine it with the smoked scamorza cheese previously cut into cubes and the guanciale cut into strips.
  • Then pour the pasta into a small earthenware pan and add more diced scamorza.
  • Sprinkle grated grana padano cheese on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. 
  • Decorate the pasta with a few basil leaves and serve.
