- 300 grams of spaghetti broccoli and anchovies
- 50 grams of ricotta cheese
- 40 grams provolone or other stringy cheese
- oil to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs to taste

Instructions
- Mix the ricotta cheese with the spaghetti;
- Take a handful and place a cube of cheese in the center;
- Close the spaghetti to form meatballs by pressing them with your hands;
- Dip the meatballs first in egg and then in bread crumbs;
- In a ventilated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
