Pasta alla norma skewers

Ingredients 4 Servings
- 100g rigatoni alla norma
- 50g hard ricotta cheese
- 50g béchamel sauce
- Take some skewers and compose them by alternating rigatoni and eggplant.
- Place the skewers on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, add the grated ricotta salata and finally the béchamel sauce.
- Bake in grill mode at 220° for about 15 minutes.
- Let a drizzle of oil heat in a frying pan and pour in the spaghetti.
