Ingredientes

Serve 6 pessoas 

 

  • 500g de Mini Fusilli Barilla
  • 80g de alcaparras
  • 2 cebolas médias
  • 1 dente de alho
  • 2 berinjelas
  • 100g de tomates secos
  • 2 pimentas dedo de moça sem sementes
  • 100g de azeitonas pretas trituradas
  • 30ml de azeitevirgem
  • Sal e pimenta do reino preta

Instruções

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil
  • Sauté leeks with olive oil over high heat. When slightly caramelized, add tomatoes
  • Season with salt & pepper and sauté for 2 additional minutes
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. With 4 minutes remaining, add the green beans to the water
  • Drain pasta & green beans and toss with sauce
  • Top with cheese before serving
