Ingredients for 7 people


1 Box Barilla Plus® Thin Spaghetti
1/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Cloves garlic minced
1/3 Cup fresh parsley chopped
1/4 Teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
1/4 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese freshly grated



Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 16 minutes cooking
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

3. Add garlic, parsley and red pepper flakes sauté 2 to 3 minutes

4. Cook Plus® Thin Spaghetti according to package directions

5. Drain pasta, reserving ½ cup pasta water

6. Immediately add hot pasta to skillet

7. Stir in reserved pasta cooking water

8. Mix well

9. Add cheese and toss lightly

10. Transfer to a serving platter or bowl
