Ingredients for 4 people


1 ¾ pound swordfish (cut into 4 slices)

Breadcrumbs as needed


2 cloves garlic


8 mint leaves


White wine vinegar to taste


Oil for frying as needed


Salt to taste

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking

Peel garlic cloves and rub on swordfish slices. Season with salt.

Dredge fish in breadcrumbs, patting to remove excess.

In a large pan, heat enough oil to cover fish slices completely and fry 2 slices at a time until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Arrange fish slices on a serving platter, splash with vinegar to taste and sprinkle with mint leaves.

Set aside to rest for about 30 minutes before serving.
