I feel self-conscious and uncoordinated.

Strength train anyway. Why? Because the stronger your core, the better your coordination. You'll be surprised how much more in control of your movements you'll feel after just two weeks of pushups, crunches, and squats.

Imagine yourself achieving your goals. Visualize yourself the size you want to be, or crossing the finish line of a race you'd like to complete. You are going to make these things happen.

I don't have time.

Solution

Make time and multitask. Turn one of your existing activities, like housecleaning, into an exercise routine by adding simple exercises like lunges to maximize your time.

I'm too tired before or after work.

Solution

Keep your workout gear on a chair or beside the door so you can grab it and head out the door before you change your mind!.
