1. Eligibility: Barilla Canada “Barilla Canada Oven-Ready Lasagne” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Canada, who are at least the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Entrants selected as winners must provide identification to verify age to be eligible to win. Employees of Barilla Canada (“Barilla”), its parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void outside Canada and where prohibited. This promotion rewards a total of THREE (3) entrants who will be randomly chosen from THREE (3) pools of eligible entries. The first chance to win: follow Barilla Canada (@barillacanada) and Katherine Donovan (@cook.with.katherine) on Instagram, and tag a friend who loves lasagna in the comments on @cook.with.katherine’s contest post. The second chance to win: follow Barilla Canada (@barillacanada) and Dominic Lamirande (@dom_cooks) and tag a friend who loves lasagna in the comments on @dom_cooks contest post. The third chance to win: follow Barilla Canada (@barillacanada) and Andrew Cretaro (@andrewcretaro) on Instagram, and tag a friend who loves lasagna in the comments on @andrewcretaro’s contest post. Barilla Canada reserves the right to grant prizing to the next eligible party who meets all entrant and eligibility requirements if one of the chosen winners cannot be contacted. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. There are three chances to win. The first chance to win: follow Barilla Canada (@barillacanada) and Katherine Donovan (@cook.with.katherine) on Instagram, and tag a friend who loves lasagna in the comments on @cook.with.katherine’s contest post. The second chance to win: follow Barilla Canada (@barillacanada) and Dominic Lamirande (@dom_cooks) and tag a friend who loves lasagna in the comments on @dom_cooks contest post. The third chance to win: follow Barilla Canada (@barillacanada) and Andrew Cretaro (@andrewcretaro) on Instagram, and tag a friend who loves lasagna in the comments on @andrewcretaro’s contest post. If selected as a winner, entrant MUST provide identification to verify age to be eligible to obtain prize.

If a potential entrant has any questions or concerns prior to submitting their entry, they may outline them in an email to [email protected]. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements mentioned above to be eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor, sponsor affiliates, agencies, and/or partners.

Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person during the promotion period. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned to the email account. All entries and materials associated with your entry must be in accordance with the applicable terms, rules, policies, and guidelines of Instagram.

5. Drawings: All decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Three winners will be selected at random, based on chance. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 5, 2025. One potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from Katherine Donovan (@cook.with.katherine), another potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from Dominic Lamirande (@dom_cooks) and the other potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from Andrew Cretaro (@andrewcretaro). If a potential winner of the prize cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 3 days (72 hours) of the initial direct message informing them that they have won and asking for verification of age, contact details including email address, shipping address and full name, the potential winner forfeits his/her prize and a new potential winner will be selected. Before being confirmed as a winner, the potential winners will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release form (the“Release").In addition, the potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question without any assistance in order to become a winner. The skill-testing question may be part of the Release or may be provided separately. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with all these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, or if participant is not deemed eligible per the parameters outlined here, the next eligible entrant who meets all the requirements will be selected. If no entrants meet the eligibility requirements, the prizes may remain un-awarded. Prizes will be shipped between May 24 – May 28, for slated delivery in June.

6. Prizing:

Three (3) prizes that include a year’s worth of Barilla Pasta (around 52 units). Each prize pack has a total approximate retail value of $150.00 CAD.

Prizes will be shipped direct via UPS or other similar provider.

For Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Limit: one (1) prize per person. Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. Limitations of Liability: Release the Sponsor, Administrator, each of their parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable prize or any portion thereof. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccuracies, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

9. Release and Indemnity: By participating, entrant agrees to, releases and holds the Released Parties and their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively "Releasees") harmless from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death, personal injury or loss or damage to property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance or use/misuse of a prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes.

10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of legal action, and (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether in Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the province of Ontario.

11. Entrant's Personal Information: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use personal information collected for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, including to notify the potential winner and to fulfill prizes. Sponsor may disclose personal information to service providers of the Sponsor in connection with any of the activities listed here. 12. Winners List: To obtain a copy of Winner names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Barilla Canada, 140 Allstate Parkway, Unit 200, Markham, ON, Canada, L3R 5Y8. Requests must be received no later than May 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., ET.

13. Social Media: The Sweepstakes hosted by Sponsor is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Administrator and not Meta.

14. By submitting an entry, you, the participant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of these Official Rules.
