Ingredients

Serves 6

1 box Barilla Macaroni pasta
2 pts cherry tomatoes, halved
6 cups broccoli florets, cut small
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups cooked ham, julienned
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
To taste salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Cook Barilla Macaroni pasta for 11 minutes until perfect al dente texture.
