Welcome to Casa Barilla, the authentic Italian Cooking School in Sydney, where local and international food experts share their knowledge of Italian food in a fun and interactive atmosphere. This year we have a diverse program of hands on classes, demonstrations and Master Classes; taking you on a culinary journey through Italy's gastronomic regions and revealing the golden rules to authentic Italian cuisine.
Each hands-on class is intimate, with only 16 people, and interactive: you learn, you cook and you eat! At demonstrations and Chef Master Classes, participants watch from their table; tasting the delicious results of the Chefs efforts throughout the class.
Team Building classes are also available as customised hands-on experience for corporate teams. Groups of up to 24 can be catered for. Please contact us to tailor a class for your team.

Pesto should be a staple in every household! Learn simple, delicious and versatile recipes that use Pesto in this fun and interactive hands-on cooking class.
- First recipe: Kipfler potato and crispy prosciutto tortino with poached egg, and Sundried Tomato Pesto dressing
Second recipe: Linguine with Pesto Genovese with pancetta and baby spinach

NICOLA PELLIGANA | PASTA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CONTESTANT | Masterclass
Fresh from competing at the Pasta World Championship in Paris, Nicola Pelligana will be hosting a masterclass and showcasing the dishes he created during the competition. Ashley Alexander, from Gather & Feast had the honour this year of judging the Pasta World Championship. Ashley will speak about her experience in Paris. This is an event not to be missed.
