The cost of $100 per person includes cocktails and antipasto on arrival (light cocktails and freshly baked cake on Saturday mornings); all food with matching Italian wines and a goodie bag with Barilla products and the chef’s recipes to take home.
Each hands-on class is intimate, with only 16 people, and interactive: you learn, you cook and you eat! At demonstrations and Chef Master Classes, participants watch from their table; tasting the delicious results of the Chefs efforts throughout the class. All classes include Prosecco and antipasto on arrival, all food and a glass of wine with your meal, plus a generous goodie bag to take home.
Team Building classes are also available as customised hands-on experience for corporate teams. Groups of up to 24 can be catered for. Please contact us to tailor a class for your team.

Masterclass with Aldo Ortado
Join us for a masterclass with Aldo Ortado. Growing up in the Italian province of Bacoli, Naples, Aldo says sharing food was the key to his childhood. He did not grow up with fancy food, it was all about fresh ingredients and comfort dining. It is that skill set mentored by his beloved nonna, which saw him become a hugely popular contestant on MasterChef Australia 2018 season 10.
In an intimate setting Aldo will cook three delicious Italian dishes:
