1 jar | Barilla Chilli & Basil Pesto |
4 loaves small | ciabatta bread rolls |
2 | truss tomatoes |
50g | rocket |
2 | buffalo mozzarella |
1 teaspoon | dry oregano flakes |
200g | Prosciutto |
To taste | Salt |

Method
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in slices, and spread with a little Rocket & Basil Pesto.
Step 2
Cut the mozzarella in slices, and season with salt and oregano.
Step 3
Cut the Ciabatta bread and grill until lightly charred. Then spread inside with Pesto.
Step 4
Stuff the ciabatta with mozzarella, tomatoes, rocket and prosciutto.
