Ingredients

Serves 4

1 jar Barilla Chilli & Basil Pesto
4 loaves small ciabatta bread rolls
2 truss tomatoes
50g rocket
2 buffalo mozzarella
1 teaspoon dry oregano flakes
200g Prosciutto
To taste Salt

Method

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes in slices, and spread with a little Rocket & Basil Pesto.

Step 2

Cut the mozzarella in slices, and season with salt and oregano.

Step 3

Cut the Ciabatta bread and grill until lightly charred. Then spread inside with Pesto.

Step 4

Stuff the ciabatta with mozzarella, tomatoes, rocket and prosciutto.
