1 jar | Basilico sauce |
300g | bocconcini |
To taste | Fresh basil |
1 clove | garlic |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
Rock salt, for pasta water |

Method
Step 1
In a large pot, boil water and once the water is boiling cook the Penne according to the instructions on the pack.
Step 2
In the meantime, heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic clove. Add the Basilico sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and toss together with the sauce. Add the fresh basil and mix together.
Step 4
Serve with bocconcini and more basil to garnish.
