Ingredients for 4 people
  • 1 jar Barilla Chilli & Basil Pesto
  • 4 loaves small ciabatta bread rolls
  • 2 truss tomatoes
  • 50g rocket
  • 2 buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano flakes
  • 200g Prosciutto
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • TO START

    Cut the tomatoes in slices, and spread with a little Rocket & Basil Pesto.
  • SLICE THE CHEESE

    Cut the mozzarella in slices, and season with salt and oregano.

  • GRILL THE BREAD

    Cut the Ciabatta bread and grill until lightly charred. Then spread inside with Pesto.

  • STUFF THE SANDWICH

    Stuff the ciabatta with mozzarella, tomatoes, rocket and prosciutto.
