- 1 jar Barilla Rocket & Basil Pesto
- 4 loaves small ciabatta bread rolls
- 2 truss tomatoes
- 50g rocket
- 2 buffalo mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano flakes
- 200g Prosciutto
- Salt, to taste
TO STARTCut the tomatoes in slices, and spread with a little Rocket & Basil Pesto.
SLICE THE CHEESE
Cut the mozzarella in slices, and season with salt and oregano.
GRILL THE BREADCut the Ciabatta bread and grill until lightly charred. Then spread inside with Pesto.
STUFF THE SANDWICHStuff the ciabatta with mozzarella, tomatoes, rocket and prosciutto.
