1 lbdeveined shrimp, peeled

2garlic cloves, minced

1 tbspCalabrian pepper, chopped

1 ptcherry tomatoes, halved

2 cupsSan Marzano tomatoes, crushed

3 tbspbutter, soft

1 tspTuscan seasoning, divided

2 ozspinach

2 tbspParmesan cheese, grated

To tastesea salt and black pepper

This recipe can also be made using Barilla Penne Rigate pasta .

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook Barilla Love Heart Shaped pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 15-30 seconds then add shrimp, ½ of the Tuscan seasoning, and Calabrian pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes then add cherry tomatoes.

Step 3

Sauté for 30 seconds then add San Marzano tomatoes, butter, and remaining Tuscan seasoning.

Step 4

Drain pasta and add to the sauce with spinach and ½ of the cheese. Toss well and top with remaining cheese.
