Ingredients
Serves 4
1/2 cup | Barillla Orzo pasta |
2 cups | wild rice, cooked |
1 cup | celery, diced raw |
1 cup | carrots, diced |
1 cup | Vidalia onion, diced |
1 | lemon, juiced |
5 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
4 tbsp | pomegranate seeds |
1/2 cup | alfalfa sprouts |
To taste | salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Cook Barilla Orzo pasta and rice separately, drain and cool down.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook onion on medium high-heat for 2 minutes, add carrots , sauté 1 more minute, season with salt and pepper and cool down as quick as possible.
Step 3
Toss all veggies with rice, pasta, olive oil and lemon. Top with pomegranate seeds and alfalfa sprouts before serving.
