1 Box Barilla® Cellentani Pasta
1 Jar Barilla® Creamy Genovese Pesto
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
Cup Mozzarella Cheese Pearls
½ Lemon, Juice Only

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to boil, cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile cut the cherry tomatoes and squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl.

Step 3

Drain pasta and drizzle with olive oil, cool down on a sheet pan.

Step 4

In a bowl mix pesto, cheese, tomatoes, and lemon juice. Toss with pasta and let sit 10 minutes before serving [optional basil garnish].
