1 box Barilla cellentani pasta (340g)
1 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil (28g)
1 jar Pesto Barilla Creamy Genovese
1 ½ [8oz] cup Crumbled feta cheese OR cocktail bocconcini cheese 225g
1 Cup Diced plum tomatoes OR 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, halved 220g
1 Lemon, juiced

Method

Step 1

Place a pot of water to boil; cook pasta according to package directions, drain 1 minute early.

Step 2

Drain 1 minute early and drizzle with 1 tbsp of olive oil, cool down flat on a sheet tray.
