Ingredients

1Box Barilla^® Angel Hair

1/4Cup extra virgin olive oil

2Cloves garlic peeled

1Teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

2Pints Cherry Tomatoes Halved

5Leaves Fresh Basil

1/2Cup Romano cheese grated

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Step 3

Peel and gently press garlic.

Step 4

Add garlic and red pepper flakes.

Step 5

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and tear the basil into small pieces.

Step 6

Add cherry tomatoes and basil to the skillet.

Step 7

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 8

Season with salt.

Discard garlic cloves.
