1Box Barilla^® Collezione Casarecce

1Garlic clove, gently pressed

6Artichokes, cleaned and sliced

½Cup beef broth

1Cup heavy cream

5Tablespoons black truffle butter, divided

½Cup Romano cheese, freshly grated

1Tablespoon Italian Parsley, Chopped

To tasteSalt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

In a skillet sauté garlic with 2 tablespoons of truffle butter for one minute over high heat, add artichokes and sauté for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in broth and cream then season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.

Step 4

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.

Step 5

Finish with parsley, remaining truffle butter and cheese before serving.
