Ingredients

1 | Box Barilla® Collezione Rigatoni |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Leek, cut in rounds |
1 | Pound porcini mushrooms, sliced |
1 | Cup chicken broth |
1 ½ | Cups heavy cream |
1 | Cup Fontina cheese, shredded |
½ | Cup chervil, small sprigs |
To taste | Salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, sauté leek with olive oil for two minutes, then add mushrooms and brown over high heat, about five minutes.
Step 3
Stir in broth and cream and bring to boil, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with mushroom sauce.
Step 5
Top with cheese and chervil before serving.
