Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Elbows |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic minced |
1 | Pint cherry tomatoes halved |
To taste | Salt and black pepper |
2 | Cups broccoli florets |
½ | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shredded |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
In a large skillet heat olive oil and sauté garlic until slightly yellow in color, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and cook until blistered, about 2 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Cook broccoli and pasta in the same pot, according to package directions.
Step 6
Drain and toss pasta and broccoli with sauce.
Step 7
Top with cheese and serve.
