Method

Step 1

Cook pasta one minute less than package instructions. Strain and place pasta on baking tray with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix and allow to cool.

Step 2

Let pasta cool, then combine the tomatoes, cheese, pesto, and lemon in a large bowl, season with small pinch of salt and black pepper.

Step 3

Top with Basil and serve immediately or chill for future use.
