2/3Cup heavy cream

1/2Cup walnuts

3Tablespoons butter

Method

Step 1

Shell walnuts and grind with a pinch of nutmeg.

Step 2

Melt butter in a wide pan over medium heat and sauté ground nuts. Stir for about 30 seconds, add heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.

Step 3

In the meantime, boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions.

Step 4

Drain and toss with the prepared sauce and a couple of ladlefuls of cooking water, if the pasta is too dry. Combine and serve immediately.
