1Box Barilla^® Love Heart-shaped Pasta

3teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

1Pound 21-25 ct. peeled, deveined shrimp

2Cloves garlic, minced

1Tablespoon Calabrian pepper, chopped

1Pint of cherry tomatoes, halved

2Cups San Marzano tomatoes, crushed

3Tablespoons butter, soft

1Teaspoon Tuscan seasoning, divided

2Ounces baby spinach

2Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

To TasteSea salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic. Sauté for 15-30 seconds then add shrimp, ½ of the Tuscan seasoning, and Calabrian pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes then add cherry tomatoes.

Step 3

Sauté for 30 seconds then add San Marzano tomatoes, butter, and remaining Tuscan seasoning.

Step 4

Drain pasta and add to the sauce with spinach and ½ of the cheese. Toss well and top with remaining cheese.
