Barilla Al Bronzo Spaghetti Clams

Ingredients

Serves 6

1 Box Barilla® Love Heart Shaped Pasta
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Pound chicken breast, medium dice
1/4 Cup dry White wine
3/4 Cup chicken broth
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Teaspoon Tus can seasoning
2 Ounces organic baby spinach
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated, divided
1/4 Cup parsley, chopped
To taste Sea salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 15-30 seconds then add chicken. Sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through and remove from the skillet.

Step 3

Deglaze pan with wine and reduce it by half. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Step 4

Return chicken to the pan and add butter, Tuscan seasoning, spinach, lemon juice, parsley and ½ of the cheese.

Step 5

Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Mix well and top with remaining cheese.
