Ingredients
Serves 6
1 | Box Barilla® Love Heart Shaped Pasta |
3 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced |
1 | Pound chicken breast, medium dice |
1/4 | Cup dry White wine |
3/4 | Cup chicken broth |
3 | Tablespoons butter |
1 | Teaspoon Tus can seasoning |
2 | Ounces organic baby spinach |
2 | Tablespoons lemon juice |
1/4 | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated, divided |
1/4 | Cup parsley, chopped |
To taste | Sea salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 15-30 seconds then add chicken. Sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through and remove from the skillet.
Step 3
Deglaze pan with wine and reduce it by half. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Step 4
Return chicken to the pan and add butter, Tuscan seasoning, spinach, lemon juice, parsley and ½ of the cheese.
Step 5
Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Mix well and top with remaining cheese.
